Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online casino product "Vinci Spin" made available via the website vincisp.com (the "Website"). By accessing, registering with, or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
The Website is operated under the brand "Vinci Spin" and is directed at, among others, players located in the United Kingdom who choose to play at an offshore, non-GamStop casino. These Terms are intended to set out clearly your rights and obligations and those of the Operator in relation to your use of the Website and its services.
Effective date: 6 November 2025 (last updated on 6 November 2025).
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
- Operator: Vinci Global N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with its registered office in Willemstad, Curaçao, holding an online gambling sublicense under Master Gaming License No. 365/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming, together with any affiliated or associated entities providing payment processing or support services (including, where applicable, a Cyprus-based payment entity such as VinciPay Ltd) (collectively, the "Operator").
- Website: The online casino site accessible at vincisp.com, through which the Vinci Spin product and associated services are offered.
- Services: Any products, games, software, content, and customer support made available on or through the Website, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, promotional offers and payment processing facilities.
- User or Player: Any natural person who accesses the Website and/or creates and uses a player account, whether or not they place Bets or participate in games.
- Account or Player Account: A personal account registered in the name of a Player on the Website, used to access the Services, deposit funds, place Bets and request withdrawals.
- Bet or Wager: Any amount of real money or bonus funds staked by a Player on the outcome of any game or event offered on the Website, whether placed manually or using any in-game feature (such as auto-play), and including participation in tournaments or competitions.
- Real Money Balance: The portion of the funds in a Player Account that originates from deposits or winnings derived from real money play and that is not subject to any active wagering requirements or other material restrictions.
- Bonus or Promotional Offer: Any form of incentive provided by the Operator, including but not limited to deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, vouchers, or tournament entries, which may be subject to specific conditions, wagering requirements, game restrictions and time limits.
- Bonus Balance: The part of a Player's Account balance that consists of Bonuses and associated winnings that are subject to unfulfilled wagering or other conditions.
- Wagering Requirements: The total amount that must be staked by a Player using eligible games before Bonus funds or associated winnings may be converted into Real Money Balance and become withdrawable.

- KYC (Know Your Customer): The identity and verification checks that the Operator is required or reasonably chooses to conduct in order to verify a Player's identity, age, source of funds and other relevant information for legal, regulatory, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering ("AML") purposes.
- Chargeback: A payment reversal initiated by the Player or the Player's payment provider, including but not limited to disputed card transactions or recalled bank transfers.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- 18+ requirement: The Services are strictly available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age for gambling in their country of residence, whichever is higher. By registering an Account you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
- UK players: Players located in the United Kingdom are permitted to register and use the Website; however, the Operator is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. By creating an Account, UK Players acknowledge that they are choosing to use an offshore casino and that certain UK protections (such as GamStop self-exclusion, fund-protection categorisation and UK statutory alternative dispute resolution schemes) do not apply.
- Restricted jurisdictions: You must not use the Website if you reside in, are located in, or access the Website from any Restricted Jurisdiction listed on the Website or otherwise designated by the Operator. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you are not in breach of any local laws by using the Services.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To use the Services you must open a Player Account by completing the online registration form on the Website. You must provide accurate, complete and current information, including (where requested) your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number and any other details reasonably required by the Operator.
- Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address, phone number or other contact details via confirmation links, security codes or similar mechanisms before your Account is fully activated, or before certain functions (such as withdrawals) are enabled.
- KYC and documentation: The Operator implements KYC and AML checks in line with its obligations under Curaçao law and international best practice. You may be required at any time to provide documents such as: a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and, where appropriate, evidence of source of funds or wealth. The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account until satisfactory documentation is received and verified.
- Multiple accounts: Each Player may register only one Account on the Website. Duplicate accounts (including accounts using different emails, devices, payment methods or identities) are prohibited and may be closed, with associated Bonuses cancelled and any winnings potentially voided in cases of fraud, abuse or serious breach of these Terms.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of information: You must keep your registration data complete and up to date at all times. You agree to promptly notify the Operator and update your Account details in the event of any change in your personal information. The Operator may rely on the accuracy of the information you provide and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate or updated details.
- Username and password: You are responsible for choosing a strong password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your Account details with any third party, and you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or used in any fraudulent way, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the contact methods provided on the Website. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while an investigation is conducted.
- Use for personal, non-commercial purposes: Your Account is strictly for your own personal use. You must not act as an agent for any other person, pool funds with other players, or use the Website for commercial purposes, arbitrage, automated betting or data mining.
- Self-exclusion and limits: Where tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits or self-exclusion are offered on the Website, you undertake to use them responsibly and in accordance with your personal circumstances. The Website is not part of the UK GamStop national self-exclusion scheme, but nothing prevents you from also using any independent tools or support services available in your country.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules of Play
- Game rules: Each game or category of games offered on the Website is subject to its own specific rules, paytables, RTP information and instructions, which are accessible within the game client or a help section. By participating in a game you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by its specific rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the game-specific rules will generally prevail.
- Placing Bets: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it has been registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or Account history. Bets cannot usually be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check that your Bet details (such as stake size, number of lines or selections) are correct before confirming.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which may depend on your currency, game type and individual Player status. These limits are displayed in the game interface or in the Website's help sections and may be amended by the Operator at any time.
- Game interruptions and errors: In the event of a technical failure, system error, defect in the software or hardware, or interruption of communication that prevents the correct recording or settlement of a Bet, the Operator will endeavour to restore the game state as accurately as possible. If this is not feasible, the Operator may void affected Bets and refund the stake to your Real Money Balance. Intentional exploitation of any such errors or bugs is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.
Live Casino, Chat and Conduct
- Live casino etiquette: When participating in live casino games, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, hosts and other players. Abusive language, harassment, discriminatory remarks, threats, or any other inappropriate conduct in chat or audio features are strictly prohibited and may lead to removal from the table, chat bans, Account suspension or closure.
- Chat rules: You may not use chat features to share personal contact details, promote other websites, coordinate betting strategies, collude with other players, discuss odds or game histories in a manner that could create an unfair advantage, or otherwise engage in conduct that the Operator reasonably considers inappropriate.
- Fair play and collusion: Any form of cheating, collusion, soft-play, use of bots or automated systems, manipulation of software, exploitation of latency or loopholes, or any other activity aimed at obtaining an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. The Operator may suspend or close Accounts, withhold or void Bets and confiscate funds where fraud or serious misconduct is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
Responsible Gambling
- Risk of loss: Gambling involves risk and may lead to financial loss. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. The Operator assumes that you understand this risk and that you use the Services for entertainment purposes only.
- Control measures: Where responsible gambling tools are available on the Website (such as deposit limits, session reminders or self-exclusion options), you agree to use them in line with your own circumstances. UK Players should note that, because the Operator is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, the Website is not part of UK-regulated schemes such as GamStop, although you may independently register with those schemes and seek support from relevant organisations.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses, including welcome packages, reload offers, free spins, cashback, tournaments and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is governed by these Terms and by specific promotional terms published on the Website or communicated to you by email or on-site notifications. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms will prevail.
- Eligibility and activation: Bonus eligibility may depend on your country of residence, payment method, deposit amount, Account history and other criteria. A Bonus will only be activated once all stated conditions (such as minimum deposit) are satisfied and the Bonus is successfully credited to your Account. It is your responsibility to read the applicable conditions before participating.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiple (for example, 35x the Bonus amount, 35x the deposit + Bonus amount, or another figure) and the eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotional terms. Only Bets placed after the Bonus has been activated and on qualifying games will count towards the wagering requirement.
Game Restrictions and Bonus Use
- Eligible and excluded games: Certain games may be excluded from Bonus play or contribute only a reduced percentage towards wagering. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games, live casino titles or low-risk betting strategies may contribute less than 100% or 0%. A list of excluded or restricted games will be provided in the promotional terms or general Bonus rules on the Website.
- Maximum Bet rules: While a Bonus is active and until wagering requirements are fulfilled, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin, hand or round (for example, a maximum stake per spin on slots). Exceeding these limits may lead to the Bonus and any associated winnings being deemed void at the Operator's discretion, where such rule has been clearly communicated.
- Bonus stacking and combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked". Only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. Attempting to circumvent this rule by, for example, opening multiple Accounts or claiming overlapping promotions in breach of the promotional terms, may result in cancellation of Bonuses and associated winnings.
Bonus Abuse and Cancellation
- Bonus abuse: The Operator reserves the right to restrict or refuse any Bonus or promotion, or to exclude certain Players from promotional campaigns, where it reasonably believes that Bonus abuse has occurred. Abuse may include, but is not limited to, using multiple Accounts, engaging in arbitrage between different promotions or payment methods, colluding with other players, or adopting betting patterns designed primarily to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
- Cancellation and removal: You may generally request the cancellation of an active Bonus, subject to the promotional rules. On cancellation, Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not yet been converted to Real Money Balance may be removed from your Account. The Operator may also cancel Bonuses if the underlying deposit is refunded, reversed or subject to a Chargeback.
- Expiry: Bonuses may have an expiry period (for example, a requirement to complete wagering within a set number of days). Any unused Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry period may be forfeited. Applicable timeframes will be stated in the relevant promotional terms and will in any event not extend beyond promotional schedules current in 2025.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: The Website may support a range of deposit methods, including but not limited to debit and credit cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and selected cryptocurrencies. The availability of specific methods may vary by country and may be provided either directly by the Operator or via affiliated payment processors, including entities established in Cyprus or other jurisdictions.
- Responsibility for legal use: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method may lawfully be used for online gambling transactions in your jurisdiction. UK Players should be aware that UK law and/or card issuer policies may restrict the use of certain credit products for gambling. By depositing, you confirm that your use of the payment method does not violate any law, regulation or agreement with the issuer.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name. The Operator may require evidence of ownership and may refuse deposits or reverse transactions if it reasonably suspects that a payment method is being used without proper authorisation or in breach of AML obligations.
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method will be displayed in the cashier section. The Operator may change these limits at any time. The Operator may apply reasonable processing fees or pass on third-party fees; any such fees will be shown in the cashier where practicable. Your bank or payment provider may also impose its own fees or exchange charges, for which the Operator is not responsible.
- Currency and exchange: Deposits will generally be processed in the default currency of your Account. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may perform currency conversion at its own exchange rate. The Operator assumes no responsibility for any exchange losses or charges.
Withdrawals
- Verification prior to withdrawal: Prior to processing withdrawals, the Operator may conduct KYC and AML checks and may request documents as described in these Terms. Failure to provide requested documents to the Operator's reasonable satisfaction may result in delays, limits on withdrawals or, where required by law, cancellation of Bets and closure of the Account.
- Withdrawal methods and limits: Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible and permitted by the Operator's policies and relevant payment providers. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, including per-transaction and rolling period limits, are set out in the cashier section of the Website.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days, subject to completion of any necessary verification checks. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider and is outside the Operator's control.
- Pending and reversible withdrawals: The Operator may offer a "pending" period during which a withdrawal request can be reversed back into your Account balance. The duration of any such pending period will be specified in the cashier or within the withdrawal interface and will in any case be geared to operational practices current in 2025.
- Fees and limits on withdrawals: The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals or may pass on third-party charges (for example, for international transfers or crypto network fees). Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier where practicable.
Chargebacks, Refunds and Bet Settlement
- Chargebacks and reversals: If a deposit is subject to a Chargeback or similar reversal, the Operator may deduct the relevant amount, together with any reasonable associated charges, from your Account balance. If your Account does not contain sufficient funds, the negative balance may become a debt owed by you to the Operator, which it may seek to recover in accordance with applicable law.
- Erroneous credits: If funds are credited to your Account in error, whether due to a technical issue, mistake by the Operator, payment processor error or otherwise, such funds do not form part of your legitimate balance. You must promptly notify the Operator and must not withdraw or otherwise use such funds. The Operator may void any Bets placed using erroneously credited funds and adjust your balance accordingly.
- Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Where a game round or Bet is voided due to technical failure, malfunction or other justifiable reason, the Operator may refund the stake to your Real Money Balance. Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings may be adjusted accordingly to reflect the corrected state of your Account. The Operator is not obliged to provide refunds for losses resulting from normal, correctly functioning gameplay.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure that all games offered on the Website are fair, that random number generators (where used) are operated in a secure manner, and that game outcomes are determined in accordance with their published rules and independent testing where applicable. The Operator relies on reputable game providers and implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain the integrity of the Services.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Website, including but not limited to game rules, promotional details and balance information, is accurate and up to date. However, obvious mistakes, typographical errors, or manifestly incorrect odds or payouts may be corrected, and the Operator may void or adjust affected Bets in such circumstances.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Technical failures: The Services are provided over the internet and may be affected by factors beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including network outages, latency, hardware or software failures, DDOS attacks or interruptions by third-party service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from such events, provided it has taken reasonable measures to mitigate foreseeable risks.
- Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Maximum liability: Without prejudice to the foregoing, and subject always to any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer protection laws, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services will not exceed the lower of (a) the amount of the Bet or transaction that gave rise to the claim, or (b) the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the relevant time.
- No exclusion of statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. For UK Players, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer rights that you may have under UK consumer protection legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and Services, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names (including "Vinci Spin" and any related marks), audio-visual content, text, layout and design, are owned by the Operator, its licensors or other third-party rights holders.
- Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for your own private, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted, implied or otherwise.
Restrictions
- Prohibited uses: You must not, and must not permit others to, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Website, any portion of the software, or any content available through the Services, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Third-party rights: Certain games or components of the Services are licensed from third-party providers and are subject to their own intellectual property rights. You do not acquire any ownership interest in such content by using the Website.
- Infringement notifications: If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your intellectual property rights, you should notify the Operator using the contact information provided, giving reasonable details of the alleged infringement. The Operator will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the Website is governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time and published on the Website. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and that your personal data will be processed in accordance with it.
- Data processing standards: The Operator endeavours to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data and to comply with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates. For UK Players, this includes taking into account standards comparable to those set by UK and EU data protection legislation, insofar as compatible with the Operator's Curaçao licensing framework.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may revise or update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law or regulation, requirements of its licensing authorities, improvements to the Services, or for security, risk management or operational reasons. Any amended Terms will be published on the Website and will indicate the updated effective date, which will not be earlier than 2025 for the current revision cycle.
- Notification of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players in advance or at the time the changes take effect, for example by email, on-site messages, pop-up notices or banners upon login or deposit.
- Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website after the updated Terms come into effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and/or cancel or void Bets, in whole or in part, where it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms or any game-specific or promotional rules;
- you are underage or have failed satisfactory KYC/AML checks;
- you have engaged in fraud, collusion, cheating, use of bots or other prohibited conduct;
- your Account is associated with chargebacks, payment disputes or fraudulent payments;
- your use of the Services may cause legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Operator; or
- such action is required by law, regulation or an order of a competent authority.
- Temporary suspension: The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted. During suspension, you may be unable to place Bets or request withdrawals, although you will generally be allowed to withdraw any undisputed Real Money Balance once legally permitted and practically feasible.
Player-Initiated Closure
- Closing your Account: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support via the methods provided on the Website. The Operator may ask for confirmation of your identity and your decision to close the Account.
- Balance on closure: Subject to any ongoing investigation, legal obligation, or rights of set-off relating to Chargebacks, fraud or serious breach of these Terms, the Operator will pay out any remaining Real Money Balance to you using a mutually agreed withdrawal method.
Treatment of Funds and Notice
- Confiscation in serious cases: In cases of proven or serious suspected fraud, money-laundering, abuse of Bonuses, or other grave breaches of these Terms, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, void Bets and Bonuses, confiscate winnings and retain funds pending investigation or as required by law or by its licensing authority.
- Notice to the Player: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension, limitation or closure of your Account, and of any steps that you may take to rectify the situation, unless doing so would be unlawful or would prejudice any investigation or regulatory request.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Applicable law: These Terms and your relationship with the Operator in relation to the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence that may apply for your benefit as a consumer.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to the paragraph below, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, and you irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction, without limiting any right you may have under mandatory consumer laws to bring proceedings in another competent court.
- UK consumer rights: If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you may have mandatory consumer rights under UK law that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict such rights. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you, the inconsistent provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Complaints and dispute resolution: You should first contact customer support to raise any complaint or dispute regarding the Services. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. As the Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, UK-specific ADR schemes mandated by UKGC licence conditions do not apply to the Website. However, the Operator may, at its discretion, cooperate with independent dispute resolution mechanisms or with its Curaçao licensing authority in addressing unresolved complaints.
Contact Information
- Customer support: If you have questions about your Account, the Services, these Terms or any transaction, you may contact customer support using the contact options made available on vincisp.com, which may include live chat and/or a web contact form. Where an email address for support is displayed on the Website, you should use that address as your primary point of contact.
- Legal correspondence and operator details: The Website is operated by the Operator as defined in these Terms, currently understood to be Vinci Global N.V., registered and established in Willemstad, Curaçao, under a sublicense issued pursuant to Master Gaming License No. 365/JAZ (Curaçao eGaming). Formal legal correspondence may be addressed to the Operator at its registered office in Willemstad, Curaçao, with reference to the Website vincisp.com and the Vinci Spin product.
- Payment and processing entities: Where payment services in relation to the Website are facilitated by a related entity located in Cyprus or another jurisdiction (for example, a company such as VinciPay Ltd acting as payment processor), the details of such entity will be displayed in the payment interface, on receipts, or in the relevant terms accompanying your transaction. You should retain any such information for your records.
- Language of communication: The primary language of these Terms and of communication with the Operator is English. In case of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version will prevail.
